This neighborhood garage made it easy for auto owners to have repairs, maintenance, and safety inspections performed. The building was renovated by the current owners in 2004 and is now operated as the Corona Street Garage - a vehicle repair and restoration business.

Built around 1926, the station served as the office for the Garage and a retail outlet for gasoline and other sales. 


The station currently houses a training facility for the adjacent engineering business.

A neighborhood grocery market founded here in about 1903. Through several owners, it continued to provide food items to those nearby until the 1960s. The building ultimately became condemned, and in 1999 it was purchased by the current owners who did a complete restoration and renovation while maintaining historical elements.

A neighborhood grocery market founded here in about 1903. Through several owners, it continued to provide food items to those nearby until the 1960s. The building ultimately became condemned, and in 1999 it was purchased by the current owners who did a complete restoration and renovation while maintaining historical elements. 


Since 2001 it has housed Bean Engineering, now doing business as B3PE LLC, an engineering and software company for the natural gas industry.
